Lesley has been with Ronald McDonald House Wellington for 5 years, and is managing the new House project. She also oversees every aspect of running our large home – from meeting the families and ensuring their wellbeing to managing the staff and the budgets.

Brent Taylor - House Operations

Brent started working at the Wellington House in 2007. Some families may remember his smiley face from the Auckland House. Brent ensures that the daily operational needs of the House are met by welcoming families, supervising housekeeping, liaising with the hospital and co-ordinating volunteers.

Sharyn Whitaker - Fundraising Assistant

Sharyn, once a long-time volunteer, joined the team in 2008. Sharyn is responsible for processing and banking all of our donations, as well as assisting key staff members with a variety of fundraising and operational tasks.

Rebecca Edmonds - Fundraising and Events

Rebecca plays an integral role in dealing with our key sponsors, raising the money needed for our new House, as well as ensuring we have enough to cover the general costs associated with the current House. She also organises and oversees the running of special events on behalf of the House.
